Our 2023 career fair exhibitor space sold out, with over fifty companies attending, and over seven hundred people interested in aviation careers passing through the doors over the course of eight hours.

2023 is the second year of the Manitoba Aviation Scholarships. Twelve companies and organisations provided funds to help jumpstart the careers of the next generation of aviation professionals. These scholarships are presented by the donors at our annual awards banquet. The banquet also includes the presentation of the MAC Top Flight Award and scholarships to Manitoba 99s.
